Ingredients
- Vanilla Wafers: 1 (12-ounce) box
- Ripe Bananas: 4 medium, sliced
- Biscoff Cookies: 25 cookies, crushed
- Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix: 2 (3.4-ounce) packages
- Milk: 3 cups, cold
- Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 (14-ounce) can
- Whipped Topping: 1 (8-ounce) container, thawed
- Biscoff Cookie Butter: 2 tablespoons, melted (optional for drizzling)
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Step 2: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Step 3: In a 9×13 inch dish or trifle bowl, create a layer of vanilla wafers along the bottom. Top with a layer of sliced bananas and a generous sprinkle of crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Step 4: Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the banana and Biscoff layer.
- Step 5: Repeat layers: vanilla wafers, bananas, Biscoff cookies, and the remaining pudding mixture.
- Step 6: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld. Before serving, drizzle with melted Biscoff cookie butter (if using) and sprinkle with additional crushed Biscoff cookies.
Notes
- To prevent soggy cookies, wait to add the final Biscoff cookie crumble topping until just before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but know the bananas will continue to soften.
- For an extra touch, serve individual portions in clear glasses to showcase the beautiful layers.
- For a richer flavor, use whole milk and allow the pudding mixture to chill for a full 10 minutes before adding the whipped topping.
