  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Ground beef: 1 pound
  • Tortillas (large): 6-8
  • American cheese slices: 6-8
  • Lettuce (shredded): 1 cup
  • Dill pickle relish: 1/4 cup
  • Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
  • Yellow mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • White vinegar: 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Step 2: While the beef is cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by combining mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Step 3: Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  4. Step 4: Spread a thin layer of Big Mac sauce onto each tortilla.
  5. Step 5: Add a layer of shredded lettuce, then top with the cooked ground beef, and a slice of American cheese.
  6. Step 6: Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve immediately. You can cut them in half for easier eating.

Notes

  • Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but note the tortillas may soften.
  • To reheat, warm the wraps in a dry skillet over medium-low heat, flipping occasionally until heated through.
  • Serve these wraps with a side of crispy fries or onion rings for the full Big Mac experience!
  • For extra flavor, toast the wrapped tortillas in the skillet for a minute on each side to lightly brown and seal them before serving.
