Ingredients
- Ground beef: 1 pound
- Tortillas (large): 6-8
- American cheese slices: 6-8
- Lettuce (shredded): 1 cup
- Dill pickle relish: 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
- Yellow mustard: 2 tablespoons
- White vinegar: 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain off any excess grease.
- Step 2: While the beef is cooking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by combining mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Step 3: Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Step 4: Spread a thin layer of Big Mac sauce onto each tortilla.
- Step 5: Add a layer of shredded lettuce, then top with the cooked ground beef, and a slice of American cheese.
- Step 6: Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve immediately. You can cut them in half for easier eating.
Notes
- Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but note the tortillas may soften.
- To reheat, warm the wraps in a dry skillet over medium-low heat, flipping occasionally until heated through.
- Serve these wraps with a side of crispy fries or onion rings for the full Big Mac experience!
- For extra flavor, toast the wrapped tortillas in the skillet for a minute on each side to lightly brown and seal them before serving.
