Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats: 3 cups
  • Mashed Ripe Bananas: 2 cups (about 3 large)
  • Milk (dairy or non-dairy): 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup, packed
  • Melted Butter or Coconut Oil: 1/4 cup
  • Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Bean Paste: 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
