- All-purpose flour: 3 cups
- Granulated sugar: 1 1/2 cups
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda: 1 teaspoon

- Eggs: 2 large

Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, orange juice, vegetable oil, and orange zest.
- Step 4: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix. Gently fold in the dried cranberries.
- Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Step 6: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
