Delicious cream cheese peach pie delight recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14.1 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 ounce) can peach pie filling
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Unroll one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp edges to seal.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
  3. Step 3: Spread the peach pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Step 4: Unroll the second pie crust and cut it into strips. Arrange the strips in a lattice pattern over the peach pie filling.
  5. Step 5: Brush the lattice crust with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • For optimal flavor, store leftover Cream Cheese Peach Pie Delight covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Gently warm individual slices in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to slightly soften the cream cheese filling before serving.
  • A dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream wonderfully complements the warm, fruity flavors of this pie.
  • To prevent a soggy bottom crust, lightly dust the pie plate with flour before placing the first pie crust.
