- 1/4 cup Creole mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Creole mustard.

- Step 3: Stir all ingredients together thoroughly until well combined and the sauce is a uniform color.

Notes
- Creole Remoulade Sauce will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container – the flavors actually improve overnight!
- This sauce is best served cold; no reheating is needed or recommended!
- Try Creole Remoulade with fried green tomatoes, shrimp po'boys, or as a zesty dip for crispy french fries.
- For a smoother sauce, mince the celery and green onions extra finely or pulse the finished remoulade briefly in a food processor, but be careful not to over-process!
