- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
- Step 3: Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix well until a dough forms. If using, knead in the everything bagel seasoning.
- Step 4: Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out very thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Step 5: Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into small squares or desired cracker shapes.
- Step 6: Transfer the parchment paper with the cut crackers to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
Notes
- Store cooled crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week to maintain their crispness.
- To revive slightly softened crackers, bake them at 300°F (150°C) for 3-5 minutes until crispy again.
- Serve these addictive crackers with your favorite dips, cheeses, or as a crunchy addition to a charcuterie board.
- For extra crispy crackers, roll the dough as thinly as possible and watch closely during the last few minutes of baking to prevent burning.
