Delicious crispy chicken ranch snack wrap recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • Chicken tenders: 3 (cooked and sliced)
  • Flour tortillas (small, burrito size): 2
  • Ranch dressing: 2 tablespoons
  • Shredded lettuce: 1/2 cup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese: 1/4 cup
  • Crispy fried onions: 1/4 cup
  • Hot sauce: 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. If using pre-cooked tenders, warm them gently in the skillet. If not, cook the chicken tenders in the oil until golden brown and cooked through. Slice the cooked tenders into strips.
  2. Step 2: Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds, or in a dry skillet over low heat, to make them more pliable.
  3. Step 3: Lay the warmed tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Step 4: Divide the sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and crispy fried onions evenly between the two tortillas. Drizzle hot sauce (if using) over the fillings.
  5. Step 5: Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll them up from the bottom.

Notes

  • Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours to maintain freshness.
  • For best results, reheat wraps in a dry skillet over medium-low heat, turning occasionally, to help restore some of the crispiness.
  • Serve these wraps with a side of carrot sticks or celery for a balanced and crunchy snack.
  • Don't overfill the wraps, as this will make them harder to roll and may cause them to tear!
