Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Step 2: Brush the flatbread with olive oil, ensuring an even coating across the surface.
- Step 3: Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the flatbread, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Step 4: Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Step 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 6: Drizzle the hot honey over the baked pizza. Sprinkle with fresh basil and red pepper flakes. Slice and serve immediately.
