**Recipe 1:** Cinnamon roll ease meets bar cookie bliss! Brown sugar swirls & cream cheese frosting. Bake at 350. Recipe & nutritional info included.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. Step 2: Unroll the cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into 6-8 pieces.
  3. Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well, then add the chopped cinnamon roll pieces and toss to coat.
  4. Step 4: Spread the coated cinnamon roll mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Step 5: While the bars are baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla powder until smooth and creamy.
  6. Step 6: Once the bars are baked, let them cool slightly before spreading the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • For a warm and gooey treat, microwave individual bars for 10-15 seconds before serving.
  • Serve these bliss bars with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of extra cinnamon for an extra special dessert.
  • To prevent the cinnamon roll pieces from sticking together while mixing, chill them for 10 minutes after cutting.
