Delicious egg and chicken ham breakfast sandwich recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Chicken ham slices: 2
  • Bread slices: 2
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Cheese slice (cheddar or your choice): 1
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/8 teaspoon
  • Milk or cream: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Lightly whisk eggs with milk or cream, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Step 2: Melt half the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook, stirring gently, until softly set but still slightly moist.
  3. Step 3: While the egg is cooking, lightly toast the bread slices. Spread the remaining butter on one side of each toast.
  4. Step 4: Place one slice of toast, butter-side up, on a plate. Top with the cooked egg, chicken ham slices, and cheese slice.
  5. Step 5: Cover with the second slice of toast, butter-side up. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper and refrigerate for a quick grab-and-go breakfast tomorrow.
  • Reheat the sandwich in a skillet over low heat for a crispy exterior and melted cheese.
  • Cut the sandwich in half diagonally for a more appealing presentation and easier handling.
  • For extra flavor, try adding a dash of hot sauce to the egg mixture before cooking.
