- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and maple syrup until well combined and smooth.
- Step 3: Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl and whisk until fully incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
- Step 4: Stir in the baking soda and salt until just combined.
- Step 5: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Let cool completely in the pan before lifting out using the parchment paper overhang and cutting into squares.
