- Flatbreads: 2 (approximately 8-10 inch diameter)
- Cooked Chicken Breast: 1 cup, shredded
- Pepperoni: 1/2 cup, sliced
- Ricotta Cheese: 1/2 cup
- Hot Honey: 2-3 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Red Pepper Flakes: 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly brush the flatbreads with olive oil.
- Step 2: Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Step 3: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta. Top with the shredded chicken and pepperoni slices.
- Step 4: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the flatbread is lightly golden brown.
- Step 5: Remove the pizzas from the oven and drizzle generously with hot honey. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
