Ingredients

  • Cucumber: 1 large, thinly sliced
  • Avocado: 1 ripe, mashed
  • Whole wheat bread: 2 slices

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Lightly toast the whole wheat bread slices.
  2. Step 2: Spread softened cream cheese evenly onto one slice of toasted bread.
  3. Step 3: In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread the mashed avocado on the other slice of toasted bread.
