Ingredients
- Cucumber: 1 large, thinly sliced
- Avocado: 1 ripe, mashed
- Whole wheat bread: 2 slices
- Cream cheese: 2 tablespoons, softened
- Sprouts: 1/2 cup
- Everything bagel seasoning: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Lightly toast the whole wheat bread slices.
- Step 2: Spread softened cream cheese evenly onto one slice of toasted bread.
- Step 3: In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread the mashed avocado on the other slice of toasted bread.
- Step 4: Layer the cucumber slices and sprouts on top of the cream cheese.
- Step 5: Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the cucumber and sprouts.
- Step 6: Carefully place the avocado-spread bread slice on top of the cucumber and sprouts, creating the sandwich. Cut in half and serve.
