Delicious raspberry coconut magic bars recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, slightly thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Step 3: Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle coconut, white chocolate chips, raspberries, and nuts (if using) evenly over the condensed milk layer.
  5. Step 5: Gently press down on the toppings to help them adhere to the condensed milk.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Store cooled bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week to keep them extra fresh.
  • A quick zap in the microwave (5-10 seconds) will soften the bars slightly, enhancing the gooey texture.
  • Serve these bars chilled or at room temperature alongside a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a truly decadent treat.
  • Slightly thawing the frozen raspberries before adding them prevents the bars from becoming too soggy during baking.
