  • Turkey Breast (boneless or bone-in) 5-7 lbs
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Onion, chopped 1 medium
  • Garlic, minced 2 cloves
  • Chicken Broth 1 cup
  • Dried Thyme 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Rub with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Place the chopped onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Step 3: Place the seasoned turkey breast on top of the onion and garlic.
  4. Step 4: Pour the chicken broth over the turkey breast. Sprinkle with dried thyme and dried rosemary.
  5. Step 5: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Step 6: Let the turkey breast rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
