- 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hot sausage until fully browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease and set the sausage aside.
- Step 2: Stretch the pizza dough onto a lightly floured pizza peel or a baking sheet. Brush the surface of the dough with the olive oil.
- Step 3: Layer the pizza base by scattering the shredded mozzarella cheese first. Then, evenly distribute the cooked hot sausage and crumble the feta cheese across the top. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Step 4: Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and starting to blister slightly.
- Step 5: Carefully remove the pizza from the oven. Immediately drizzle the 2 tablespoons of honey (or more to taste) over the entire pizza before slicing and serving.
