Delicious ultimate spicy korean ramen recipe with grilled beef & creamy sauce recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Shin Ramyun instant noodles: 1 package
  • Beef sirloin steak: 4 oz
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste): 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
  • Milk: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced: 1 clove

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Marinate the beef sirloin steak with soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic for at least 15 minutes. Grill or pan-fry the steak to your desired doneness, then slice thinly.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Shin Ramyun noodles according to package instructions, but reserve about 1/2 cup of the noodle water.
  3. Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, gochujang, and milk to create the creamy spicy sauce.
  4. Step 4: Drain the noodles (reserving 1/2 cup of noodle water), and return them to the pot. Add the spicy creamy sauce and the reserved noodle water. Stir well to combine.
  5. Step 5: Top the ramen with the sliced grilled beef. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but the noodles will soften over time.
  • For best results, reheat the ramen on the stovetop with a splash of water or broth to prevent sticking and revive the sauce.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added flavor and visual appeal.
  • Don't be afraid to adjust the gochujang in the creamy sauce to customize the spice level to your liking!
