- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and cut the head into florets.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Make sure the florets are evenly coated.
- Step 4: Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
- Step 6: Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley (if using), and serve immediately.

- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat baked cauliflower in a 350°F (175°C) oven for best results, to maintain crispness.
