  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and cut the head into florets.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Make sure the florets are evenly coated.
  4. Step 4: Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
